Super Quick and Easy

Mission:

To Impress my Friends…

My friends wanted to watch scary movies so they asked me to make finger food.

I had a busy day and didn’t have enough time to make the “confidential” finger food appetizer, not to mention, I already had pork tenderloin accessible, here’s how I prepared it!

Marinate your Pork

In a bowl, I added my honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a dash of rice vinegar. I then added a dash of salt, freshly ground pepper, and chilli seeds.

I whisked all the ingredients together then transferred them into a ziplock bag then added four pork tenderloins.

  • Let Marinate for at least 2 Hours-

Preheat pan to medium-high and oil; add your meat and cook for 7 minutes on each side. Take off heat and allow to rest before slicing.

Garnish with parsley and serve.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons soy sauceSalt

1 tablespoon sesame oil Freshly Ground Pepper

1 tablespoon rice vinegar Chopped Parsley

2 tablespoons honey 1 tsp Chilli Seeds

Pinch of Salt and pepper

Ps. They all loved it,

Enjoy!
